Abstract Guidelines
Follow these guidelines to prepare and submit your abstract for the conference.
How to Prepare Your Abstract
General Requirements
The abstract must be written in English.
Maximum word count: 300 words (excluding title and author details).
The abstract should be original and not previously published.
Abstracts should be structured with: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Use standard scientific abbreviations. Define non-standard abbreviations at first use.
Do not include references, figures, or tables in the abstract.
Abstract Structure
Title
A concise and informative title that reflects the content of your research. Use title case. Maximum 20 words.
Author(s)
List all authors with their full names, affiliations, and email of the corresponding author. Underline the presenting author.
Background / Introduction
Briefly describe the context, rationale, and objectives of the study.
Materials & Methods
Summarize the study design, setting, participants/samples, and analytical methods used.
Results
Present the key findings of your study. Include relevant data where applicable.
Conclusion
State the main conclusions and their significance. Mention any implications for One Health.
Keywords
Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe your research.
Presentation Types
Oral Presentation
Selected abstracts will be invited for a 10–15 minute oral presentation followed by a 5 minute Q&A session.
Poster Presentation
Accepted poster abstracts will be displayed during the poster session. Recommended poster size: A0 (portrait orientation).
Submission Process
Prepare your abstract according to the guidelines above.
Submit your abstract through our online submission portal.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
The scientific committee will review all submissions.
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email.
Accepted authors must register for the conference by the registration deadline.
Important Notes
- • Late submissions may not be considered for review.
- • At least one author must register for the conference for the abstract to be included in the proceedings.
- • The scientific committee reserves the right to assign the presentation type (oral or poster).
- • Abstracts that do not follow these guidelines may be returned for revision.
